Just wanted to make a quick post here to answer a few recurring questions. Yes, even though I finished my 365 a year ago, I continue to update the blogroll, so if you decide to participate, just let me know and I'll be happy to add you--assuming you a) have actually started posting, and b) have started a new blog or created a new category that contains only your x365 posts.
If you want to embed the blogroll code in your blog, it's located here: http://x365.org/start_x365.html. I don't know how to make the blogroll work with a Wordpress blog, sorry (but you may find the answers you need here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Javascript).
You are absolutely allowed to "change the rules" to suit yourself. However, you should also realize that to the best of my knowledge no one who has changed the rules to make it easier (less restrictions) has actually completed all 365--one person who made it harder (added restrictions) completed their 365. It's the challenge that will keep you going.
